Winemaker's notes

Young and dynamic with an easy-going allure, the Danzante Pinot Grigio white wine narrates a story of summery freshness punctuated by fruity and floral scents for a lighthearted and stylish tasting experience.

VINEYARDS AND VARIETIES

Thanks to a rather high altitude, cool summers and warm currents from the Adriatic, this production area enables Pinot grigio to fully flourish.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The grapes were harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. The must was fermented at 20 °C (68 °F) for 15 days and subsequently matured for 4 months in stainless steel tanks in order to enhance its complexity.

TASTING NOTES

Danzante Pinot Grigio is a beautiful clear straw yellow in colour. On the nose, beautiful hints of elderflower and hawthorn unfold to reveal notes of grapefruit and subtle hints of exotic fruit. It reveals its wonderful elegance and pungent freshness on the palate. It offers a fine balance between taste and aroma.
