Rosemary Ginger Grigio

DIRECTIONS

Simple Syrup:
Combine one cup of water and one cup of sugar into a sauce pan, heat until boiling and sugar is melted. Remove from heat and add 4 rosemary springs and 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger.  Allow to cool completely, about an hour. 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
Shake to blend and chill. 
Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. 
Garnish with rosemary sprig.
