Lavender Lemon Grigio


For the Lavender Honey Syrup:
Mix hot water and honey in a pot until boiling.  Stir in lavender. Remove from stove and allow to cool.  Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and store.

For the Cocktail:
Add Danzante Pinot Grigio, lavender honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker. Fill with ice and mix.  Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
