Pair with Danzante Chianti



Thoroughly wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Cut the mozzarella into similarly sized discs. 
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter. 
Coarsely chop the basil and sprinkle over the top of the arranged slices.
Sprinkle the tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, just before serving. 

Serve at room temperature.
