Pair with Danzante Tuscan Red



Cook pasta according to packaging directions.
Meanwhile, chop bacon into bite sized pieces and sauté in olive oil with onion until cooked thoroughly, keep pan on low.  
In a small bowl mix cream, curry and garlic powder. 
Pour mixture into bacon and onion mixture and let simmer for about 10 minutes. 
Add the drained pasta and allow to cool for 5 minutes, topping with grated parmesan cheese.

Serve immediately.
