Red Wine Hot Chocolate

DIRECTIONS

Arrange the sprinkles on a small plate in a circle. Moisten the rim of the glass with sponge dipped in the red wine. Dip the rim into the sprinkles, then shake off excess. Bring the chocolate and wine to a simmer in a small saucepan over low heat, whisking, until completely melted. Add the water, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil, whisking about 3 minutes. 

Serve hot.
