Step up your mimosa recipes!

Brunch with friends is becoming an every weekend thing lately (which I love) and what better way to relax with friends than with a glass of sparkling! I wanted to come up with a custom Danzante mimosa for the Autumn season that complemented our fruity, dry Prosecco and added a seasonal twist.

Danzante Apple Cider Mimosa

I started by going to my local farmer's market to get inspired by what was in season. I picked up some apples & Rosemary and decided I needed some Cinnamon & sugar too! If you are obsessed with Cinnamon (like I am) you can add Cinnamon to the sugar for the rim or just use the sticks for a more mellow taste. Start by sugaring the rims of you stemless glasses. 

Apple Cider Mimosa

Build your mimosa in the glass with ice, 4 parts Danzante Prosecco, 2 parts Apple Cider & .5 part Vodka. Gently stir.

Garnish with apple slices, Rosemary & Cinnamon sticks as you desire. This is a fun cocktail to have the ingredients lined up for guests to make their own drink how they want it. DIRECTIONS

Put sugar on a plate and wet the rim of the glasses with water. Dip wet rim of glass into the sugar. Add ice as desired to the glass. Build Prosecco, Apple Cider and Vodka to your drink. Gently stir. Add Cinnamon Stick and top with Apple slices and Rosemary. Enjoy!
