Danzante Toscana Rosso 2011 has a deep ruby red color and a rich floral and fruity bouquet, with flagrances of strawberry and cherry, followed by floral impressions of rose petals and sweet violets. Velvety and warm on the palate with well integrated tannins. Characterized by a long, persistent finish.

Danzante Toscana Rosso, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a small part of Sangiovese, originate from vineyards with the best positioning in Tuscany. The soils are of various types, predominating sand and clay.
Tuscany is known for a warm, sunny growing season with substantial temperature differential between day and night. Such conditions produce flavourful and rich grapes for wines appealingly complex with distinctive aromas. The vines are manly positioned to point south, which contributes to the complete maturation of the fruit.

Serving Temperature: 60-65 degrees
The grapes are harvested upon full maturation during September. The wine is vinified using an average maceration time of 8 to 10 days. Temperature is controlled (28-29 °C) during the fermentation to encourage the release of attractive tannins and to develop a clear ruby color, while maintaining the rich fruit aromas of the grape. After fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks for 8 months.
